Ras Al Khaimah Finance organizes a session entitled Opportunities and Threats Affecting Public Financial Systems and Economies
The Department of Finance organized a session titled Opportunities and Threats Affecting the Systems and Economies of Public Finance at the International Level on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 within the planned stages as a road map drawn by the Finance Department to update its new strategy for 2022-2026, moderated by Dr. / Aisha Afzal – Associate Professor at the College Business Administration majoring in Public Financial Economics at the Faculty of Economics, Lahore University – Pakistan.
” The session was attended by His Excellency / Yusef Ali Mohamed – Director General of the Finance Department, directors of organizational units and department employees, where the program of the session dealt with monitoring global trends of the external environment determinants affecting the financial and economic systems “Opportunities and Threats”
According to international reports in this regard, the session also included the classification of those external determinants, whether they were political, economic, social, technological, environmental, or legislative and legal. At the end it was opened for the effective participation of all employees brainstorming and qualitative analysis, including using the art of group techniques in decision-making in order to project the most important factors affecting the financial department’s orientations towards its future strategy according to the target period while measuring its potential effects and assessing its priorities in dealing with it in conjunction with the announced government directions, especially those based on shaping the future through the UAE Centennial Program by 2071.
Considering that achieving government strategies are medium and long-term, and specifically in the financial field, may contribute to some sort of systematic acceleration towards achieving those goals and objectives of the state in general.
