Al basma camp for kids diabetes – 9th event
Under the patronage of his Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council member and ruler of Ras al Khaimah, the event was inaugurated by Sheikh Abdullah bin Humaid Al Qasimi, head of the Office of his Highness the ruler of Ras al Khaimah today Al basma Camp in its 9th edition for diabetic children under the slogan “Yes we face Diabetes” at the Ministry of culture and development of knowledge.
The opening ceremony was attended by His Excellency Dr. Salah Ben Ali Abdulrahman camp supervisor and Dr. Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Director of Ras al Khaimah medical district and H.E. Sami Abdul Rahman Saqr, Director General of Rak Finance Department and a number of local departments and federal managers.
The Director General of the Department of Finance stressed on the importance of the participation of the Department in this event annually to raise the level of community awareness of healthy life and distributed special needles to measure glucose levels for children with diabetes.
