The Department of Finance in Ras Al Khaimah issues the first edition of Government fees manual of 1733 local services. in 19 government entities, distributed in 343 basic services and 1397 sub-services, in order to improve the experience of customers and community institutions.
H.E. Yousuf Ali Mohammed, Director General of the Department of Finance said that the directory aims at supporting various avenues and opening opportunities for possible areas of development at the government level in order to speed up the timely completion of transactions according to the priorities of government services.
He pointed out that the directory provides decision makers with the ability to shed light on the importance of developing a specific policy and mechanisms for pricing government services in light of the many factors that contribute to controlling and charging processes according to the best industry standards and indicators in place locally and internationally. He added that the directory contributes to enabling a high level of competitiveness for the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, as part of the promotion of investment opportunities and economic development in support of government trends.
