The Department of Finance of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah organized the World Cancer Day (4 February 2019) in cooperation with its strategic partners (Customs Department, eGovernment Authority) and its community partners (RAK Medical Education and Information Department, with the patronage of HE Yousef Ali Mohammed, Director General of the Department.
The workshop was organized by Ms. Sheikha Said Al Mell, "Certified Trainer in Self Development and Human Development", who spoke about a number of cases that lead to cancer, Stressing the need to purify the soul of negative emotions and induce the positive in our life practices ..
The second lecture was presented by Mr. Omar Mohammed Al-Hammadi of the quality school in Ras Al Khaimah Educational Zone, where he called in his lecture to the need to exercise in the workplace through some simple exercises which helps the employee to perform his or her functions with vigor and activeness.
The event also included general medical examinations under the slogan (check yourself and rest assured), including (measuring body fat percentage, measuring body mass index, measuring water content in the body, measuring muscle), and other tests for women under the slogan (we care. You are the life and the soul.
Under the slogan "No shortage of money due to charity?", “Al Ihsan” charitable society distributed charity tills for the benefit of cancer patients.
In conclusion, HE the Director General honored the participating community authorities, the Department of Education and Health Information in Ras Al Khaimah Medical City and the Charity Association for their outstanding participation in the success of the event.
