The first meeting of the Joint Committee
A Joint Committee was formed from the staff of the Finance Department and the Electronic Government Authority to address all technical issues related to the work and tasks of the Finance Department and its competence in financial and accounting and regulatory matters, whether for the Finance Department or other financially affiliated government departments. The committee held its first meeting on 28 July 2015, under the chairmanship of H.E. Yousuf Ali Mohamed, Deputy Director General of the Finance Department, the Chairman of the Committee and all the members of the committee-in-confidence, and the joint projects have been identified as a mechanism was put in place to follow up the implementation of projects, with the committee holding monthly follow-up meetings.
