Vendor Registration
Register your organisation as an approved supplier to the Government of Ras Al Khaimah. Vendor registration is required before submitting bids for government contracts or tenders.
Eligible applicants include legally registered UAE companies, or international entities with a UAE-based representative, holding a valid trade licence and no outstanding government debts.
To register as a vendor with the Department of Finance, follow the steps below:
- Complete, sign and stamp the four attached forms: New Vendor Registration Form, Terms & Conditions, Ethical Commitment Form, and Ethical Conduct for Vendors & Contractors Form.
- Prepare your supporting documents, signed and stamped as follows:
- Your company's original bank details, signed and stamped by your bank.
- Your company's TRN registration certificate, if applicable.
- Your company's profile.
On each supporting document, include: company name, your full name, signature, company stamp, phone number, and email address.
